In 1996, the first directors of the Association founded the Association. Our Association’s primary mission is to provide support for St. Mary’s Hospital Cardiac Care Unit. A group of community-minded individuals saw a need to make a difference in the lives of others and came together to create an organization that would raise awareness and funds for important causes in the local community.<\/p>\n

Our main focus has always been on fundraising for St. Mary’s Hospital, primarily through our annual golf tournament, which has become one of the most anticipated events in our community. To date, we have raised over $400,000 for St. Mary’s. However, our efforts have extended beyond the walls of the hospital, and we take pride in supporting other local initiatives such as the local Portuguese school by providing monetary donations to carry on the rich Portuguese language and culture through education.<\/p>\n
